Craigieburn, Greenvale - Immediately available - Community Services and Development > Disability Workers Trusted Care Partners is currently recruiting for supportive and caring Disability Support Workers, with a genuine passion to help and support persons with disabilities to maintain their independence and participate in their communities. Supports are to be provided in, Greenvale, shifts on weekday mornings and evenings, and weekends, are immediately available. Some of our clients receive 2:1 supports. **Duties**: - Personal Care - Manual Handling (including the use of a hoist) - Medication Support - Transportation to appointments **Skills, Experience, and Checks** - Cert III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability - Nursing background is preferable - Medication training (for some clients) - Current First Aid Certificate and CPR - Working with Children Check (Victoria) - NDIS Worker Screening Clearance - 3 COVID-19 vaccinations - Valid driver’s licence with access to comprehensively insured vehicle - Availability to work across a 7-day roster, 8am to 8pm - Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (for some clients)
