**About us**

Brighton College is an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Having campuses in Melbourne and Brisbane. We specialise in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, and Community Services training and maintain close professional links to the industry to ensure our training is at the leading edge of industry developments.

We are looking for an experienced trainer and assessor to deliver the following qualifications.
- CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services

**Selection Criteria**:
To be considered for these positions, you will need to:

- Must hold a current TAA40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Must hold a Community Services or Aging support-related qualification at a Certificate IV or higher.
- A minimum of two years current industry experience in the Aged Care Sector or similar.
- Have experience in delivering training to international students in RTO setting both face to face and online
- Have experience in contextualising and developing training resources
- Have experience in finding and managing work placements
- Have experience using eLearning systems (e.g., Moodle) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry and VET currency.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
