We are seeking Multiple New Car Sales Consultants across multiple brands to join our dynamic team at **Norris Motor Group Brendale. **As stock returns to our industry, we are looking to expand sales teams to cope with our demand.There is a whole range of positions available from trainee sales consultants to assistant manager roles. With further expansion imminent we have lots of opportunities on the horizon. If you have an outgoing, positive, enthusiastic and most importantly infectious personality then we want you to be part of our team

To be successful in this role you will ideally (but not required) to have sales experience, great people skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to create a positive working environment will be pivotal to your success in this role. If you are looking at one of senior roles you would need to be a current leading automotive sales person looking for an opportunity.

**The successful applicants will have the following skills and experience**:

- Strong values of honesty and integrity
- Strong negotiation and follow up skills
- Time management and organisation skills
- Ability to follow process and comply with company values and culture
- Good administration and computer skills
- Have a Motor Salesperson Certificate or be willing to acquire it.
- A current Drivers Licence (Manual and Auto)
- Police clearance required
- 5 day working week including Saturday.
