By amplifying Hostplus' brand presence and member engagement through strategic partnerships and exceptional event execution, you'll play a key role in strengthening our reputation and market positioning.

**The opportunity**

As our Partnerships & Events Specialist, you'll manage and deliver on a portfolio of impactful partnerships and events. From ensuring contractual obligations are met to coordinating resources and logistics, you'll be at the heart of creating seamless and engaging experiences. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll oversee governance, drive collaboration, and help implement innovative initiatives that reflect Hostplus' values and commitment to excellence.

You're a driven professional with a passion for managing partnerships and delivering standout events. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring:

- Strong project management skills with a focus on outcomes.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Expertise in planning and executing events, with an eye for detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
