**Your Organisation**

You will be working for a global organisation based in the Western suburbs where teamwork and professionalism are the key drivers to get the work done. A specialist service provider within the logistics field, you will be joining a proactive and supportive team.

**Your Role**

Due to an internal promotion, this role will give you the opportunity to join a dynamic team, where your can-do attitude and communication skills will be key to your success in the role.

Working within a high performing team, the key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the daily scheduling for customer requirements
- Updating customers and managing customer enquiries
- Resolving outstanding customer issues
- Database management
- Ad-hoc project work

You will be driven to provide an exceptional service to your customer portfolio. Working within a highly engaged and professional team, you will continue to utilise your outstanding communication skills, problem solving ability and relationship management skills. You will be proactive with your workload and identify new opportunities for the customer. Attention to detail is key coupled with your strong computer literacy.
