As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be an integral part of their maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of fixed plant machinery.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on fixed plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
- Diagnose faults using various tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter or relevant mechanical discipline.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing fixed plant machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety practices.
