As a nationally registered Plan Manager, we’re dedicated to simplifying the NDIS by providing tools, services and education to participants, families and providers. We are invested in our community and spend time supporting and nurturing real relationships.

If you are passionate about helping people, are confident and comfortable working with a wide variety of online systems and businesses and have experience with high-volume phone calls and office administration, we’d love to hear from you

What will you bring:

- An NDIS Worker Screening Check is required to be considered for this role.
- Strong customer service skills for quality service delivery.
- Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable.
- Good with systems using CRMs and MS Office
- High level of attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident communicator who follows tasks through to resolution.
- Ability to analyse a task and provide a successful solution.
- Track record in achieving team outcomes.
