**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
As a Unit Registry Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring seamless administrative processes and top-notch customer service.
- Investor Account Management: You'll be responsible for the setup and maintenance of investor accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- AML Compliance: Conducting Know Your Customer Checks in line with Anti-Money Laundering procedures to maintain compliance.
- FATCA Services: You'll manage FATCA checks, self-certification forms, and annual reporting, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Statement Generation: Prepare and distribute investor statements to keep clients informed about their investments.
- Reporting: Lodgment of quarterly and annual reports for regulatory compliance.
- Financial Operations: Handle receipts, payments, and review financial transactions to maintain accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Organize, scan, file, and archive registry records for easy retrieval.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency by identifying areas for process automation and improvement.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in registry operations, fund administration, or a similar role within a high-volume, client-focused environment.
- Client Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of providing exceptional client service.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Initiative: A proactive approach to problem-solving, adapting to changes, and suggesting process improvements.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team environment, with supervisory experience being a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, along with a knack for learning new systems and tools.
- Communication: Articulate and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate in your work, ensuring precision at all times. Desire to Grow: A strong motivation to build a successful career in funds administration.
