We are looking to immediately fill a permanent full-time position of Event Planner.

The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate all aspects of events and create event orders based on client requirements
- Provide written and verbal quotations for events; prepare contracts and conduct timely follow ups to secure sales
- Ensure to fully understand and confirm event specifications and number of attendees to arrange any extra equipment or contractors as required well within expected timeframes
- Ensure to meet client expectations whilst remaining within budgets and reconcile post-event accounts to match quoted charges
- Work closely with clients at all times prior, during and post events to ensure a positive and seamless experience We require the following:Possess at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Be consistent and able to work well in a team
- Be able to perform well under pressure
- Able to multi task and possess exceptional organisational skills

**Salary**: $ 70,000 pa + superannuation

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
