**The Company**
My client specialises in fitout and maintenance projects from $100k up to $500k.

Projects range from office and health care fitouts, make goods, EOT facilities, lift lobby upgrades, remedial works, joinery and glazing, bathroom upgrades and facilities management.

They offer a laid back environment, with an office conveniently located in the CBD. My client promotes a healthy work life balance and encourage a family-friendly workplace.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visiting and inspecting project sites
- Adhering to both budgetary and time constraints
- Reporting on progress and risks involved in project
- Preparation of SWMS, managing site safety and site set up
- Communicating with and preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers
- Supervising and managing quality of work and budget costs

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 3+ years experience in Minor Works or similar
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Know current trade rates and material costs
- Experience in developing construction programs
- Exceptional communication, organisation & time management skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage trades and liaise with clientele
