**How will I help?**
You’ll lead a team of Lenders to shine as customer champions. Working in the competitive lending space, you’ll be accountable for hitting lending sales goals, rolling out business development plans, and bringing out the best in your lenders - so that they can provide the best customer experience for every customer they help.

Your team will rely on your guidance and support. By leveraging your interpersonal and professional skills, you will ensure that everyone follows your example, providing our customers with the best possible experience.

You’ll know how to tap into new business opportunities in your networks and can think strategically to deliver better results. All while possessing the self-motivation that’s needed to genuinely lead the way forward.
