**The role**: As a Principal Systems Integrator, you will be required to utilise your technical skills and ability to lead and mentor a highly skilled team. Providing advanced technical advice and guidance, in the areas of HL7, FHIR, JAVA, Rhapsody, Python and development to the manager systems integration, in accordance with industry best practice and approved processes in the area of health integration. It will be your responsibility to manage a team delivering development work packages to meet challenging delivery schedules, maintaining consistent standards and advocating for continuous process improvement, establishing and maintaining strong positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate your technical skills and ability to provide high level technical direction, standardisation and support of the enterprise infrastructure (RHEL, HL7, FHIR, Java, JCAPS, Rhapsody, Python and BASH). You will have the proven ability to analyse IT systems integration issues and successfully design, specify, develop, test and implement solutions, ensuring compliance with technical policies, standards and procedures. You will also be experienced in leading and mentoring a small team and have the ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders using your high level interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills.
