**The role**: As a Principal Systems Integrator, you will be required to utilise your skills and abilities to mentor a small technical team.
This is an exciting role for a motivated and positive person looking to join the Health Care industry with excellent opportunities advance patient healthcare through digital innovation and collaboration.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Investigating and recommending new information management services and technology initiatives to address customer needs by participating in the review and evaluation of new technologies and Information Technology trends.
- Maintaining an efficient and secure operational environment by consulting, advising and providing system design, product installation and operational support.
Are you right for this role?You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following knowledge and experience: - Technical skills and the ability to provide expert technical direction, standardisation and support of the enterprise infrastructure (HL7, Java, JCAPS) (SFIA Code: ASUP 5).
- Expert ability to analyse IT system issues and successfully implement solutions (SFIA Code: PBMG 5).
- Ability to develop, implement and ensure compliance to technical policies, standards and procedures at an enterprise level (SFIA Code: ISCO 6).
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince 2) (SFIA Code: METL 4).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team (NHS: Collaborative Working).
