**About the Role**

As a **Support Worker**, you will play a vital role in assisting NDIS participants with their **daily living, personal care, and community access**. Your work will directly impact their independence and quality of life.

Your duties may include:

- **Community Access & Social Support** - Assisting clients in participating in community activities, social outings, and hobbies.
- **Personal Care & Hygiene** - Supporting clients with daily self-care, such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
- **Household Assistance** - Helping with domestic tasks like cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
- **Goal Achievement** - Collaborating with clients to support their personal goals and enhance their independence.
