The Administrative Officer Level 3- Discharge Patient Flow Concierge (DPFC) role will provide a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable improved patient experience and Access and Flow KPI’s. This role will report to the Mental Health Division and will focus on supporting the journey of Mental Health patients from admission to discharge. The position will be located in Shellharbour Hospital primarily but may be required to work elsewhere within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District at times.
