**About the Role**
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to older people and individuals living with disabilities with daily living activities, social participation, and personal goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation
- Support with community access, transport, and recreational activities
- Assist with medication prompting and mobility support
- Encourage independence, choice, and dignity in all interactions
- Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in client condition
- Adhere to individual care plans, NDIS Practice Standards, and Aged Care Quality Standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working With Children Check (if required)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Bilingual is preferred (Khmer, Teochew, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Laos, Assyrian, Arabic)

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
