Opportunities are available across various departments including: Fashion, Homewares, Electrical/Small Appliances, Kidswear, Logistics, Online Fulfilment and Visual Merchandise.

Partnering with the Management team of the Store, your role as Team Leader is integral to inspire and develop our teams to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations. Lead and motivate the functional teams to develop creative ways to drive sales targets as well as ensuring our customers receive personal customer service attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.

**What will you need to succeed?**
- _Supervisory and/or people leadership experience _within a retail environment is essential
- _Visual merchandising; _stylist experience in a retail environment
- _Online Fulfilment; _attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- _Logistics; _experience in Loading Dock, Stock flow and/or Replenishment procedures
- Great customer service with a positive, customer-centric and 'can-do' attitude
- Effective communication skills to build relationships with customers and fellow team members
- A real passion for retail
