**THE COMPANY**

My client is an organisation that is made up of a committed, talented, and diverse workforce.

With over 500 staff between the site and office, they are dedicated to build

workplace free from discrimination and harassment.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader Fleet Operations to join our team. The successful applicant will have good time management, well-developed diagnostic, and heavy vehicle mechanical skills.

We are looking for someone who is a great leader and mentor, if this is you, we encourage you to apply

**THE ROLE**
- Hands-on leader - able to get on the tools when needed.
- Manage daily operations of the workshop.
- Ensure safety of the Fleet team
- Maintain mechanical plant
- Drive service and maximise profitability.
- Manage plant hire equipment

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant Qualification or experience in Fleet Management or Mechanical Trade.
- Understanding of the commitment to WHS practices and EEO principles
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Construction Induction White Card
- Class C Drivers License
- Forklift Licence
- MR/HR Licence
