**About the Business Unit**:
The Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) delivers a trusted justice and community safety system that works together to build a just, safe, and resilient Victoria. The Integrity and Investigations branch oversees fraud and corruption prevention and investigations, technology-led detection and analysis, engagement with integrity agencies and DJCS's integrity culture program.

Integrity and Investigations is responsible for leading:

- Corruption investigations, confidential assessments and referral of Public Interest Disclosures (PIDs)
- DJCS's engagement with agencies such as the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) and the Victorian Ombudsman
- Investigations into suspected integrity breaches using technology-led detection and analysis
- Integrity culture at DJCS, Child Safe Standards and fraud prevention activities.

**About the Role**:
The Adviser is required to coordinate and support the design and facilitation of integrity risk workshops, contribute to strategic intelligence and support education, communications and integrity policy compliance activities.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the delivery of integrity programs including the implementation of the DJCS Integrity Strategy
- Assisting in the provision of professional and authoritative advice on integrity risks to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating and supporting the design and facilitation of integrity risk workshops, education programs and key projects to build capability and enhance a positive integrity culture across DJCS.

- Preparing reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues that impact at program or organisational level
- Conveying specialist concepts and policies to clients, staff and stakeholders
- Contributing expertise to a team working on complex projects.

- Knowledge or experience in integrity promotion is highly desirable.
