You will be accustomed to providing the highest standard of service to our clients as you are looking after their Superannuation nest-egg.

**The Position and Key Role Responsibilities**

We are looking for a High Performing Experienced Property Manager who is great at:

- Manage maintenance, Applications, New leases, Lease Renewals, vacating tenants
- Carrying out routine inspections/open homes/entries and exits
- Arrears Management

**$105,000 Remuneration Package includes**:

- $75,000 base salary
- Superannuation contributions
- Motor Vehicle with fuel card (all expenses included for work and reasonable personal)
- Mobile phone
- Company funded development activities

**Skills / Attributes / Requirements**
- Have a minimum 3 years of Property Management experience
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- A “can do” attitude and self-starter
- Strong attention to detail (ATD)
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Driver’s License
- Queensland Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients
- Ability to work in a busy environment and maintain a high level of ATD
- Good computer skills and knowledge with a strong aptitude to learn new systems
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
- Knowledge in Property Me and Inspect Real Estate will be beneficial
- Team Player
