**A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced **Factory Manager** to join the team, leading production & dispatch**

**To be successful**
- You will have 5+ years Management experience in chemical engineering/manufacturing or similar role
- Experience managing & motivating the production team, & stores /dispatch.
- Demonstrated ability to identify & implement process improvements to increase productivity, define performance expectations and goals within a team.
- Review & oversee production schedules, ensuring inventory levels are met, and meeting deadlines.
- You enjoy being hands on,monitoring equipment, overseeing the maintenance,repair or replacement of equipment if required
- Ability to collaborate with various support functions in the business.
- Provide weekly,monthly reports to management

**Experience & Qualifications you will bring**
- Tertiary or Trade qualification, Chemical engineering/Manufacturing.
- 5+ years Experience within Chemical manufacturing or related industry
- Solid experience in Quality & Compliance, Health & Safety awareness
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies, and their implementation.
- Proficient user of MS Office, SAP.
- Leadership experience, managing production/stores/dispatch, training and mentoring
- Strong communication skills
