With exciting new vehicle brands joining our dealership, we’re gearing up for growth and looking for a driven** New Vehicle Sales Manager**to lead our sales team to success. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic dealership that’s evolving fast and building for the future.
You will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of New cars in your department. You will be providing leadership and direction to New Car Sales employees to ensure profitability and an exceptional experience for all our customers.
**The Role**:
- Manage and lead the new vehicle sales team.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing, and vehicle merchandising.
- Monitor and improve sales processes to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Train and develop sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
**YOU**:
- Understanding of new vehicle operations, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Financially astute with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A natural leader, mentor and developer of staff with focus, passion and determination
- Ability to manage used car stock, ensuring profit is maximised and a positive return on stock investment
- A strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team to achieve targets
- Current C Class drivers’ licence is essential
- Motor Vehicle Yard Managers licence is essential
- **Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential**
