With a commitment to exceptional customer service and the development of innovative and sustainable practices, our staff are qualified and trained in compliant and safe processing procedures. Based from our Welshpool Branch, we currently have an opportunity for a Customer Facing MR Driver to join our team and assist in the servicing and expansion of our business. With a wide and varied client base our routes vary daily. Our role is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person who can work unsupervised and who is interested in a diverse range of duties with a mix of physical, driving, and customer service duties as part of this role. **What will you do?** - Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers. - Delivery and collection of our famously recognisable orange recycling bins in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. - Capable of following routes and utilising PDA's effectively (training provided) - Loading and unloading vehicles. - Perform and record daily vehicle inspections ensuring ongoing safety. - Complete online paperwork for each assigned delivery/collection. **What's in it for You?** - Seven (7) hours of guarenteed overtime every week - $4,000 Annual Bonus (paid quarterly) - Base Pay plus 14.19% superannuation - Annual leave loading of 27.64% - $150 allowance per day for overnight runs - Optional weekend work - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Birthday Vouchers and Celebrations - Continued learning and development opportunities - Great shopping discounts at a variety of stores - Employee reward and recognition program - Company Uniform **What we are looking for?** - 1+ years driving experience. - Valid (Minimum) Manual Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License with a good Driver History Record - Strong Customer Focus - Safe manual handling skills - Hard-working, punctual, and reliable - Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction - Be aligned with our values of Safe, Smart, Sustainable and Service Apart from joining a "family" who take work and team environments very seriously, this is an awesome opportunity to join a growth industry that consistently adapts to change leading with a strong environmental focus.
