Hardline Group is a reputable Civil company specialising in the Telecommunications and Construction sector. We are currently seeking reliable Leading Hands that deem themselves to be “all rounders”.

This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join an expanding team with a continual workload ahead.

Providing support to the Site Supervisor, which may include completing safety paperwork and daily reporting, you will be assisting with concreting, fencing, general labouring, moving materials, using power tools and site clean up.

Key responsibilities in this role will include but not limited:

- Working on schedule and adhering to daily targets;
- Adhering to safety measures onsite;
- Ability to read, interpret plans.

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Construction White Card;
- Transport to and from Head Office in Coomera, and valid Drivers Licence;
- Be physically fit and be able to complete manual tasks;

**Salary**: $40.63 - $43.37 per hour

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Civil Construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (required)

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
