Experienced Civil Leading Hand required for the City of Gold Coast

**Your new role**
This role will see you working within the Construction Crew on projects such as storm water pipe laying, concreting across the Gold Coast, as well as the ability to lead a small team of employees. Your duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Laying storm water pipes and drainage
- Concreting
- Delegating work between the team
- Read/interpret site plans
- Handovers with supervisors
- Organise materials
- Tool box meetings
**What you will need to succeed**
You will hold a high respect for safety standards and quality assured works. You will be able to provide an up-to-date CV detailing your experience in the industry along with two recent references to back you up. Mandatory requirements for this role are listed below:
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence - Medium Rigid (preferred)
- Certificate II or higher in civil construction (preferred)
- Hands on supervisory experience with civil earthworks, pavements, subdivision, drainage, urban infrastructure.
- A proven history of supervising crews, mobile plant and tradesmen onsite
