- As the
**Assistant Manager of Poolside Bar & Grill** you will support the Manager across all operations to ensure Metropol Poolside continues to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. From team leadership to financial evaluation, this role provides a unique opportunity to join our dynamic environment.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in venue management, preferably in a 5-star organisation
- Demonstrated experience in people management
- Extensive customer service practice knowledge and skill
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Experience in food and beverage operations management
- Approved Managers licence
- Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue
