**About the role**:

- Opportunity to oversee all aspect of the front-of-house floor operations;

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Food Preparation
- Cleaning and washing as appropriate
- Cleanliness and Setup: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times
- Work collaboratively with other team members, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for guests.
- Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following all relevant health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for both guests and colleagues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic food hygiene
- A passion for delivering outstanding food and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and composed demeanour.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to upholding the restaurant's values and standards.
