THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity for a Process Worker, Machine Operator to join our team at our Martini site in East Victoria Park, Western Australia. You will be working Monday to Friday (Overtime available, including Saturdays and Sundays).
Ideally, the successful applicant will be required to have a manufacturing or building background, be keen to multi-skill, have good attendance and have a strong awareness and regard for health, safety, and the environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting in the maintenance and operation of the production line to produce polyester fibre insulation for buildings. Training will be provided.
- Assisting the Line Operators in the preparation of the machine ready for the commencement of the following shift including calibration, cleaning, Operator Asset Care, and test running.
- Maintain safe work & operating practices; and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
- Assist with minor troubleshooting of problems during machine operation and preventative maintenance (basic machine cleaning).
