My client is a protective packaging manufacturer with branches located across Australia and New Zealand. They specialise in the production of bubblewrap and closed-cell foam products, along with a vast array of related items.

They are currently looking for a new Process Worker to join their busy production team at Arndell Park - NSW.

**The Role**:

- Operation of machines
- Inspection of mechanical components and documentation of results
- Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
- Standard Hours are 8am - 4.30pm (7.6 hour day plus 0.4 hours of compulsory overtime each day)
- Flexibility to work additional overtime as required is also preferred

**The successful applicant** will be rewarded with:

**Ideal qualifications and attributes**:

- Experience in handling and operating machines
- Basic engineering background to assist in the manipulation of machines
- Be fit to work and able to lift up to 25kg
- Be willing to follow procedures and work safely
- Be computer literate or willing to learn to use technology
- Excellent ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Hold a current forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Female workers are welcome to apply
