Airservices Australia is a government-owned organisation responsible for the safe and efficient management of 11% of the world’s airspace and provision of aviation rescue firefighting services at Australia’s busiest airports.

**The Role & The Team**

Are you ready to take your data expertise to new heights? As an **Aviation Revenue Specialist**, you will play a critical role in managing Airservices’ aviation revenue, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance at every step.

You will be responsible for executing end-to-end aviation revenue processes, including billing data management, periodical billing cycles, customer relationship management, dispute resolution, compliance assurance, and performance reporting. Additionally, you will drive ongoing improvements in aviation billing systems, optimizing team processes and enhancing systems such as SAP and our in-house Flight Charging system.

With a focus on maintaining the integrity of aviation billing and debt collection systems within legislative and policy guidelines, you will work to meet performance targets, streamline processes, and align financial outcomes with Airservices’ corporate strategy.

**The Person**

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to manage interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a customer service focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and ability to adapt to using new systems
- Ability to manage priorities, adapt to ambiguity, and contribute to a positive team culture
- Problem-solving skills and experience in high data environment with a continuous improvement mindset

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the aviation sector and accounting principles
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting software

**Security Clearance**
