We are currently on the lookout for a Marketing & Customer Service Assistant to join our amazing team at Embody Physiotherapy & Pilates The primary objectives of this position is to create digital marketing and provide exceptional front desk service and support.

Competencies:

- Tech savvy and an affinity for social and digital media.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in a positive manner.
- A professional and proactive approach to resolving queries and problems with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, with accurate word processing and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and organise work load.
- An ability to work effectively within a busy team environment, and also to work unsupervised.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage social media accounts, including postings and interacting.
- Accurate processing of client payments and scheduling appointments.
- Liaise with customers and practitioners in a prompt, courteous and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided.
- Assist with maintenance and general upkeep and tidiness of the practice.

Previous experience is not essential but must be confident with digital and social media. Enthusiasm, great communication skills and a strong desire to learn is essential. The position is approximately 20 hours per week but hours and shifts are negotiable; flexible availability is looked upon favourably.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
