**The role**:Secondment Until End of September**

Working within a small team of data analysts, you will review and categorize customer complaints, in line with complaints classification framework.

**Accountabilities**:

- Read and review customer complaints to allocate the data into categories for analysis.
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to continuous improvement of processes to optimise team performance.
- Provide assurance of classification accuracy.
- Selecting UCS (unique complaints scenarios) to fit in with customer’s complaints & feedbacks
- Data entry and other relevant Adhoc reporting/duties
