**About the role**:

- Afternoon/Evening shifts from 1:00pm - 9:00pm
- Base adult rate from $30.78

Our Trade Centre's operate a little differently to our retail sites providing a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, delivering bulk quantities of materials to building sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their projects with a ‘whole of build’ solution.

A s a Trade Centre Supervisor, you will provide support to the senior leadership team and act as a continual support to oversee workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations of the trade centre run smoothly.

This is a full-time role and flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts 1pm-9pm Monday to Friday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers

**What’s**involved**:

- Lead by example to provide best experience for our customers and team members.
- Assist with inducting and training team members
- Supporting the team with pick and packing customer orders where required
- Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time
- Coordinate stock, loading and unloading products on delivery trucks
- Communicate with key stakeholders including account managers, suppliers and site supervisors

**You’ll**need**:

- Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
- An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team
- Current forklift license would be ideal but not essential
- A commitment to upholding a strong safety culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Recent experience in a pick and pack role or a background in commercial and building products highly regarded
