- **90 place brand new centre**:
Are you an Early Childhood Teacher passionate about leading, developing and implementing learning programmes for the various stage groups, but also flexible enough to be our floater to assist our current Core Teachers between classes and stage groups?

The role based in an exceeding 90 place brand new centre in the Frenches Forrest area would be 2 days off the floor as an Educational Leader, and 3 days on the floor as a mentor.

**Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to**:

- The primary goal of this position is to circulate throughout the centre supporting, guiding and mentoring staff in relation to the educational program.
- Develop and implement programs based on the centres philosophies whilst reflecting the EYLF
- Assist staff to develop and deliver technical skills to enable staff to implement a high quality early learning program based on children's strengths and interests.
- Provide regular supervision to all staff in relation to programming and documentation.
- Develop professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Develop and maintain effective training records
- Ensure the safety & well being of the children & staff at all times.
- Support, guide and promote positive behaviors
- Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- A Certified Supervisor Number
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher with excellent teaching skills.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong understanding of the development of children, hygiene, health and nutritional practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Frame work (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
