**Junior Planner** to join a dynamic team at Unison.

Reporting directly to the Merchandise Planning Manager, this role will see you responsible for the management of allocations & sales analysis, as well as contributing to the planning & trading activities within our Womenswear, Menswear and Accessories departments. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded allocator who is ready to broaden their planning experience.
- Please note: This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months_

**THE ROLE**:

- Allocation of stock to all concept, clearance, and concession stores.
- Establish seasonal class plans for sales, stock, OTB, markdowns and stock turn.
- Replenishment of core lines and warehouse lines, as required
- Consolidations across all stores, as required
- Management of stock for new store openings
- Process markdowns and re-pricing
- Daily review of warehouse stocks
- Provide weekly store sales performance and commentary
- Ensuring Critical Path and Timetable deadline are met
- Establish and maintain item plans for all key items, ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- Regular Analysis of Sizes Ratio Sell Through
- Preparation and presentation of post seasonal analysis
- Ad hoc reporting as required

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Min. 1 year of experience in Merchandise Planning or Stock Allocation in a retail environment
- Financial planning and forecasting experience
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office Programs
- Strong communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- An understanding of market trends/store demands
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work well within a team
