**The Opportunity**:
Lindsay Transport is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join the team based at our Erskine Park Office. The position will be offered on a full-time permanent basis and will report to the Depot Manager.

**Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant person
- Attend to visitors onsite ensuing they sign in and provide their details
- Order and despatch stationery and office supplies for Head Office
- Book and coordinating travel arrangements
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Order uniforms liaising with staff and providers to provide updates on timescales
- Coordinate office activities
- Arrange appointments and employee medicals
- Send out employee feedback surveys and collate results
- General administrative duties

**About you**:
**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**:

- Some administration/ reception experience
- Sound PC and administrative skills (esp. Excel and Word)
- A friendly and helpful demeanour
- Great organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise competing objectives
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be available Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm
