The receptionist will support and coordinate all office administration, an integral part of business development and operational departments.

- Answer all incoming telephone calls, receive, and greet visitors.
- Upload marketing content onto online libraries, internet groups and social media.
- Prepare and distribute supporting material for management and ad hoc meetings.
- Event planning for both internal and external functions.
- Maintain and update tender database.

**This is how you know the role is right for you**:

- Minimum qualification Year 12.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or Administrator Assistant.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suit e.g., word, excel, power point etc.
- High level of organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
