**Infrastructure Project Coordinator
**About The Role**
A great opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to be an integral part of our global IT Services team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure projects. You will also assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and will help to ensure that all project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Coordination and delivery of infrastructure projects from requirements identification through to build and transition to operations.
- Assist in the monitoring and review of compliance with risk management strategies and practices to ensure technology services activities are meeting minimum standards.
- Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management to build on existing relationships and influence outcomes.

**About you**

Proven experience in a similar role with proactive and customer focused mindset to drive project excellence and success. Demonstrated strong organisational skills, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and manage competing deadlines, as well as high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. You will also have:

- understanding of how information technology applies to business activities.
- strong influencing and negotiating skills in dealings with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- excellent written and oral communication skills including the capacity to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
