**About the role**

We’re seeking a passionate, strategic, hands-on Supply Chain Business Partner to be part of our team committed to empowering people through automation and robotics.

The successful applicant will play a key role in developing and delivering our supply chain strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a full-time appointment for a fixed term of 2 years - with an excellent salary package and additional work-life benefits.

**Requirements**:
**We seek a self-motivated Supply Chain Business Partner to fulfil the following duties**:
**Demand and Supply Forecasting - Optimising stock availability**
- Understand customer needs by working closely with our sales, marketing, customer services teams and VIP customers.
- Manage global supply chain risks and opportunities through close liaison with global counterparts, factories, product managers and logistic partners.
- Balancing SCM service level and overall ROI.

**SCM Process Optimisation - **Improve service, efficiency, and profitability.**
- Optimising SCM methodologies and procurement systems.
- Enhancing systems and processes to be more agile and robust in the fast-changing business environment.
- Analysing data and identifying new opportunities for SCM digitalisation in synergy with our latest e-commerce platform and company-wide digital transformation.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Support SCM manager in reporting, planning, decision making and operations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as determined by senior management.

**Whom we’re looking for**:
**Qualifications and experience**
- Degree in SCM or related field; APICS certification preferred; Engineering qualifications are highly valued but not essential.
- 5+ years of procurement, supply and inventory planning experience.
- Understand various supply chain methodologies for demand planning, supply planning, logistics and customer service.

**Technical skills**
- Sound knowledge of supply planning systems and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP), along with an understanding of supply replenishment (e.g., Anaplan)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills using Excel, PowerBI and other data analytic tools to drive decisions.

**Interpersonal skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Navigate between strategic and operational conversations easily
- Ability to partner with leaders at all levels.
