**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data & Analytics Technical Team Lead to join the team.

Reporting to the Data & BI Team Lead, you will contribute to the development and overall delivery of the organization’s data strategy. The role will cover several areas and technologies across a dynamic business environment covering several technologies. The position will be encouraged to seek new ways of achieving outcomes utilizing innovative and low-cost solutions to achieve outcomes that are consistent with the business requirements, data strategy and company values.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Technical hands-on team member whose responsibility will be design, build and operationalise data solutions within Azure and on-premises environments.
- Development of data models, flows, datasets, and views that are efficient and meaningful representations of data.
- Develop and optimise the data integration platform, ensuring optimal performance, data availability, accessibility, and integrity.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automating manual processes, optimising data delivery and re-designing infrastructure for scalability.
- Collaborate with broader business users to understand and translate requirements into scalable data solutions, as well as troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Engage in cross-functional understanding, peer review, team developing, technical feedback, multiplatform joint efforts, agile delivery, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation related to reporting processes, data models, and visualization best practices.

**Technical**
- Data design and implementation, expert SQL scripting and best practices skills
- Expertise across the Microsoft BI stack (MS SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, OLAP)
- Solid experience in Azure Data Platform with data engineering workload (Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps)
- Experience developing multi-dimensional and tabular models (DAX, MDX)
- Exposure to Power Platform
