As a Department Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. You are responsible for supporting the sales & profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver the best customer experience in line with your store. A day in the life of a Department Manager at H&M
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service
- Promoting our Hello Member program to drive engagement, creating meaningful relationships and providing customer insight
- Collaborate with the store Visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience
- Training and developing your Sales Advisor team through promoting our feedback culture
- Actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers
