**Job Description**:
As a Department Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. You are responsible for supporting the sales & profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver the best customer experience in line with your store. You act in line with our values, always with the mindset of everyone is a leader.

As a Department Manager at H&M you are:

- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and motivating others to create the best customer experience.
- Ensure store operations and best practice are followed in your department and throughout the store.
- Promoting our Hello Member program in line with store and country goals.
- Collaborate with the store visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience.
- Promote an open feedback culture were giving and receiving feedback helps drive goals forward and is the foundation for helping our people grow.

**Qualifications**:
About you
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Experience analysing commercial reports and formulating plans to maximize sales.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.

This is a full-time role based in Toowoomba reporting to the Store Manager. Full availability is required.
