Sales Team Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage an internal team of four staff in Brisbane. As the largest global distributor of pipe, valve, and fitting products to the energy sector, this organisation has been established for over 100 years and has developed an industry-leading reputation.

Whilst previous PVF experience would be highly advantageous, the key to being successful in this role is to embody this global organisation's core values of operational excellence, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager for QLD and NSW, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with the General Manager to establish optimal commercial and technical offers.
- Prepare quotations, assess costs, ensure technical compliance, evaluate margins, and manage bids and projects to submit competitive commercial and technical proposals.
- Supervising the internal sales team on a daily basis to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer priorities/deadlines.
- Actively participate in technical and high-profile Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.

Key Requirements:

- Previous knowledge of PVF products or similar technical product range.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
