Are you ready to launch or grow your career in real estate? We're searching for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join the high-performing team of Analiese Nugent at Coronis Bayside Wynnum. This is your opportunity to work alongside an established agent, gain hands-on experience, and learn the industry from the ground up.


The Role

As Analiese's Sales Associate, you'll receive direct mentorship, on the job training and exposure to all facets of real estate sales. You'll be actively involved in day-to-day operations and play a key role in the success of property campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Analiese on property campaigns from prospecting and door-knocking to engaging with buyers and sellers
  • Inviting buyers and local residents to open homes and property launches
  • Assisting at open homes, conducting buyer follow ups and nurturing leads
  • Preparing listing presentations and coordinating marketing materials
  • Organising photography, styling and pre market preparation
  • Attending building and pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement appointments
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the buyer journey

This is a hands-on, learn-as-you-go position perfect for someone who's ambitious, hardworking and eager to become a successful sales agent.
