The Role

As Analiese's Sales Associate, you'll receive direct mentorship, on the job training and exposure to all facets of real estate sales. You'll be actively involved in day-to-day operations and play a key role in the success of property campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Analiese on property campaigns from prospecting and door-knocking to engaging with buyers and sellers
• Inviting buyers and local residents to open homes and property launches
• Assisting at open homes, conducting buyer follow ups and nurturing leads
• Preparing listing presentations and coordinating marketing materials
• Organising photography, styling and pre market preparation
• Attending building and pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement appointments
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the buyer journey

This is a hands-on, learn-as-you-go position perfect for someone who's ambitious, hardworking and eager to become a successful sales agent.
