PerData, a trusted technology partner, is looking for a talented and motivated **Business Intelligence Consultant** to join our dynamic team. We specialize in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for organizations ranging from $10M to $3B, helping them leverage emerging technologies and unleash human potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide meaningful insights and strategic recommendations for business improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement BI solutions that support key business goals.
- Utilize advanced BI tools to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Assist clients in optimizing their data infrastructure and business intelligence platforms for maximum performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout all processes.
- Mentor and collaborate with other team members to ensure the effective delivery of BI solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure BI solutions align with organizational objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Consultant or in a similar data-driven role.
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms) and data visualization techniques.
- Expertise in data integration, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and database management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on delivering quality results.
