**About the role**:
In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.

You will be a member of the Global Product Management team for the Modern Core Banking platform, working on Deposits and Lending features and functionalities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Defining a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the product vision
- Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements
- Act as a customer advocate by articulating their needs and business requirements
- Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to meet business requirements and customer commitments.
- Demonstrate functional and technical product knowledge in various forums
- Assist Product Owners, Engineering leadership, and Implementation teams with prioritizing and executing the feature backlog.
- Managing key vendor relationships, collaborating with senior management, and completing business scope documents.
- Providing support and enablement to key functions in the operational value stream to ensure the full value of every release is realized.

**What you will need**:

- 7-10 years' experience in Product Management/Owner roles with a focus on delivering complex projects
- Sound knowledge within core banking, in particular lending products
- Solid experience in global banking and lending
- General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- A bachelor's in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.
