**The Opportunity: Pole-Based Clearing Workers**

We are currently seeking highly motivated, safety-focused Pole-Based Clearing Workers to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for mowing and herbicide spraying around the base of power poles across Western Australia as part of the Western Power Network.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate zero-turn mowers efficiently and safely
- Read and navigate maps to assigned locations
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with landowners
- Identify and assess on-site hazards
- Work independently and collaboratively to ensure safe work practices

**Requirements**:

- Willingness and ability to work away from the depot as required
- Strong physical fitness and endurance
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Commitment to a substance-free (drug and alcohol-free) workplace
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

**Desirable (but not essential) Qualifications**
- Western Australian Pest Management Technician Licence (Endorsement: Bushland / Minesite Weeds and Lanscaping / Lawn and Garden)
- Construction White Card
- First Aid and CPR Certification
