**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as **Apprentice Arborists**(opportunites for both junior and mature aged).

This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for those who enjoy physical work, learning new skills, and working as part of a team.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As an Apprentice, you'll receive full training and support while working alongside experienced crews on a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will evolve as your skills develop and may include:

- Operating woodchippers and performing ground-based pruning
- Supporting street tree pruning contracts for local councils and infrastructure partners
- Assisting with large tree pruning, removals, and dismantling
- Participating in specialist vegetation and environmental projects

**Training & Development**

You'll have the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications and industry tickets, including:

- Chainsaw operation
- Rope and harness climbing
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) pruning
- Traffic Management and First Aid
- Certificate II in ESI - Powerline Vegetation Control
