**About the role at CBRE**

We currently have a great opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our national team working for one major client. You will be based onsite at Penrith Homemaker Centre and provide key assistance to the National Marketing Manager in developing and implementing the marketing strategy across the retail portfolio.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads
- Campaign Support - Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution
- Paid Social - Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- Written communication - Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
