**About the team**:
Coles Financial Services is building the future of payments and financial services for Australians. Our team is proactive, passionate, and future-focused. And we’re backed by some of the industry’s biggest names. Together, we provide acquiring service, insurance, credit card and lending solutions for our customers.

Based at the Coles Store Support Centre in Hawthorn East, the Financial Services Team are responsible for the entire Coles Group portfolio of Acquiring transactions and reconciliation including settlement.

**About the role**:
You will have the opportunity to consult with Coles Group brands and external Merchants in relation to payment services including transaction, queries, disputes, chargebacks, settlement, and reconciliations.

As an EFT Operations Administrator you will be responsible for Reconciliation of payment transactions processed through the Electronic Transaction Switching System and payment gateways to payments received from and paid to external parties on behalf of Coles Group brands. **Please note, this is a 6 month fixed-term contract.

You’ll also:

- Reconcile Payment transactions and fees processed by Schemes (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/UPI/EFTPOS and more)
- Onboard merchants and set up payment facilities for stores for both Online and Brick & Motor stores.
- Investigate and Process Chargebacks received from Schemes and Issuers
- Bank Reconciliations and Daily payment to Merchants.
- Consult with stores on matters in relation to Customer Dispute and Chargebacks.
- Identify Opportunity to streamline Process.

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a dedicated EFT Operations Administrator that has experience within a fast-paced and complex retail environment. You possess high attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management.

You’ll also
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and team player.
- Functional knowledge of the Payments industry.
- Strong accounting principle.
- Exposure to Mastercom, VROL, Amex, FIS and MPGS platform will be beneficial
- Previous experience in payment transactions will be highly regarded
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
